How do I connect with buyers who will do large BTC legitimate contract deals if not through here?
This information does not seem to be easily accessible.

Go to Bulgaria, China, Hong Kong, Russia or Switzerland.
There are banks and licensed exchanges that exchange Bitcoin for fiat and vice-versa.

I am a new facilitator
If you are in a country where accept Bitcoin it could be easy for you. But If you are in a country where is not accepted Bitcoin then you can use localbitcoin or bestchange website for selling or buying bitcoin.
