The reason for that is that the Atronocom presence on this forum is in the hands of a very inept and unknowlegeable "manager", who is currently using this account

Yes, most scams love Telegram because it's so easy to manipulate with fake accounts and delete anything that no longer fits the narrative.

There is of course some truth to what you are saying, but generally speaking if used in a reasonable way telegram can be the better option for quick communication. You can also have paid shills on Bitcointalk, that's no different.
