I read the article written by the ETHex team, and found this important information:

It means ETHex platform has two independent mechasims, and they combined each other to provide transparency for ETHex's users. Do I interfer it right?

It should be an easy solution. If it doesn't work change the browser and repeat all steps on more time.

As of today the min bet remains 0.01 Eth as was fixed in our contract, if the prize rises drastically and we have a lot of queries , we could consider the change in the minimum bet size.

Honestly, I don't know that ETHex is the first gambling platform that fully operates on Ethereum network or not, but the platform has grown very strongly months since its start day.
