They say everyone can premine but at the same time they are selling premined tokens:

Just decide how many blocks you want to mine and obtain the necessary mining power online, before the mining difficulty rises.
Quote
Premine your coins at the cost of the first block.

Fill in mining form
Send Bitcoins

Receive Wetcoins when premine ends.

I would like to introduce you wetcoin's Core/Development/Promotion Team Member, Mr. Sarpul Wadi and youtube channel which is under his profile picture:

Well there is new video in that channel, updated an hour ago:

I don't know language but I am pretty sure it says "LEGIT". There is link under video, short link actually:

...freedomlimited is just another scam (I didn't check other videos.) and their Core Team member and developer is ponzi promoter.

I have sent you one as well.

Explain how is this "The only project with premine available for everybody." It looks like initial coin offering to me.

What happened to your ponzi person? He is removed from site.

Mr. Work Bounty Hunter is developer and core team member?

WETCOIN IS NOT SCAM.

hello marlboroza, I'm the bounty manager of the wetcoin campaign, I've received your negative comment  and I think that doing my job should not be punished, I think if you have suspicions about a project it would be better to speak first. I would kindly ask you to reconsider that rating.
Apart from the fact that my work in bitcointalk has always been carried out with honesty, I do not believe that it is necessary to qualify a project as a scam without proof. this is a project under construction, open and collective, so many users have participated in different tasks. The User that you indicate as scammer has only registered on the website (as anyone can do) but has not participated in the promotion and has not had any relevant position in the project. Due to an error in the web, which is still developing, the roles requested by the users were shown, even though they have not been approved.

In several posts we explained that we use a token and what is the online pre-mine:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5103659.msg49929162#msg49929162:
To start our project it was decided to use a token, because of that it is not traditionally "minable". Maybe it is not ideal, but to distribute the tokens the idea is to create an online mining system, and precisely to avoid a pre-mine for a part of the users, the pre-mine was created for all, if it is available to everyone it is not really a pre-mine, it is a distribution among all the participants.
I know that the term pre-mine does not like, but it was used to understand the concept with the distribution of the token.

On the other hand, almost 2 months ago we started the project, and it is impossible that today you find a single user who has been scammed.
I think that to be fair, there has to be someone who is scammed to call someone a scammer.

I hope you reconsider editing your publications.

Regards

Questions are above.

Yeah a coin that promises "premine for everyone, just send us your bitcoins" is a pretty obvious scam. The coin provides no actual use except "premine for everyone". Pretty blatant scam and really ugly to look at. Glad you posted here to warn investors. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them.

You are given 4 options to choose from if you decide to register on their website:  Cheesy

Just like being 5 years old and asked what do you want to be when you grow up lol

I guess it's safe to say that the people you see are ordinary bounty hunters - no team (just like every other pre-mine scam out there).

the pre-mine was created for all, if it is available to everyone it is not really a pre-mine, it is a distribution among all the participants.

Come again?  Huh

They even sell wetcoin collectibles but you have to further contact them:

Oh, and by the way, their whitepaper is simply a screenshot of their website, like literally a giant screenshot. haha
