Coins not appearing in wallet after 250+ confirmations

I use kcash wallet on my phone and every payment up until now has come through fine. Yesterday I had a buyer send me payment but it's still not here after 250+ confirmations.

Have you checked the address? Which one is yours from the two address?

The only reason I can imagine is that you have a wrong address.

Yes, I checked my kcash wallet and it's not there. My address is 1NAiVbHzZFVmdz9RtK3oWVxYLucoby8TMo and I've had other people send money there before and after this happened and I got it just fine, but I didn't get this payment.

I have no experience with kcash wallet, but from your description it could be a synchronization problem.

However, the 0.021 BTC you received has been spent already in this transaction.

Does it seem that the kcash wallet is a local crypto wallet? It is a mobile version and the design looks the same as imtoken wallet.
Did you update your wallet? If not do this first and maybe you just need a latest kcash wallet.
If it does not work you can try to contact their support because there is no problem with the transaction it is a wallet issue.

Checking your wallet history it shows that the wallet address you provided actually received two transaction yesterday at 23:10:42 and 23:57:30 with 0.00155865 and 0.00409823 respectively which mean the reason why the btc is not shown in your account is possibly synchronization problem as said by LoyceV but you can contact the wallet provider through their telegram chat link above.


Edit : the 0.021 btc was already spent when 0.06540032btc was sent out of your wallet. I think you didnt calculate or notice the transaction very well.
