Bittrex cancelled RAID IEO Offering at the last minute.

Just noticed from Bittrex Twitter they cancelled their RAID IEO offering.

 

I am not sure or they didn't explained yet why they change their mind at the last minutes. But I believe they take good decisions. Because people's believe on Bittrex, not on ICO in my opinion. But I think that decision will effect on their trust also. There many questions could be raise, why they had chosen this project without verify everything? And why they decide to cancel again ?

According to Bittrex they will explain more briefly. Let's see what about their explanation.

Its usually the funds that are the cause of issues like this. Maybe the team asks for the funds to be issued right after the IEO or perhaps about the percentage bittrex would get. This is just me talking though. This is just my opinion.

Bittrex have done this before during 2016 as far as I can remember they did it with DAO and some casino coin back then so they know a lot about IEO which its not what its called also during that time.

But they explained, the Raid team made some modifications a few hours before Bittrex started the offer. In addition, there are several doubts about the legitimacy of the RAID team. I would not invest in this project. It would be the first project launched by the platform, would be disastrous for Bittrex if it was not a good project.

Definitely sucks that Bittrex cancelled the listing last-minute, but if things happened as the member above had posted, Bitmex might not be in the wrong as much. Also looking forward to what sort of explanation Bittrex will release; I considered using the exchange a few months ago but this might change my mind somewhat. I know several people that claim Bittrex is mostly a legit exchange with real volume and such, this’ll definitely have some sort of impact on the trust people have on the exchange.

Bittrex is a small shitty exchange compared to binance, they must have realized it.

Not every exchange has the same pump/hype power as binance.

If an IEO from bittrex fails, it would damage the reputation of the exchange beyond repair.

Disagree with your point. As far as I know Bittrex never show fake volume and that's why we are thinking that is small exchange. They don't pump dump themselves like Binance but do you think it is a good practice. Pump dump better for whales only, I don't like pump dump. Mostly small traders lose their fund like us on their pump dump HYIP scheme. At this point I think better Bittrex for small traders. They cancelled IEO means they are trying to protect their investors and traders. I don't like Binance Launchpad, because general are not able to buy their ICO token. Most likely they hold most of part that token.

I don't like pumps and dumps either, which is why I don't participate in them, but hundreds of thousands of other traders do like them, and the best place for this is Binance right now.

Yes, it used to be a pump and dump platform, and they failed to manage that issue very well, that's how binance over took them. Freezing people's accounts was so annoying i also stopped using it for that reason but when it comes to faking volumes, I think bittrex does not do so just like binance. They are big exchanges and don't need to spoil their reputation.

It's small budding exchanges that do try to fake volumes.

Bittrex days is over and now on the current position is Binance.They are actually the same when they are still on their glory days. Pump and dumps is always been there
even on Bittrex.
People would always choose up on exchangers basing popularity doesnt matter if it do fake volumes or whatsoever as long it is suggested by their friends or commonly used by the community.

Looks like bittrex trying to catch up with binance as so they also launching IEO though oddly part is maybe they later found out that RAID is just another scampany.

Freezing people's accounts was so annoying i also stopped using it for that reason but when it comes to faking volumes, I think bittrex does not do so just like binance. They are big exchanges and don't need to spoil their reputation.

And freezing the accounts triggered its customer to pull out their funds and switch on the other sites. I remember that they freeze the account without informing first hence did an announcement, geez this has gotten to our nerves back then.

This is a guarantee for their investors. Bittrex is always a safe exchange for everyone and a RAID cancellation will make Bittrex more prestigious. Personally, I still don't like this project because in fact they don't have many communities and their website was only built a month ago.

I think it has something to do with Raid (https://xrd.gg/) and op.gg (https://www.op.gg/) breaking their partnership and as I result there's nothing Bittrex can do but to cancelled it. So it has nothing to do with Bittrex, they just reacted to the news.

It comes after public do their own due diligence. The story is interesting tbh, it seems like RAID about their partnership or public were misinformed, and then message comes out publicly that RAID is having fake partnership. After that the partnership section on their website were removed completely and then Bittrex cancel their IEO. Looks pretty bad for Bittrex, they don't prepare their IEO very carefully and it's embarrassing because public can do a better DD than them.

To my mind, this was a good move by bittrex.

It's better to be honest and cancel such an event if there are complications. Imagine what would have happen if they were about to host a scam ICO (IEO)!
This behaviour shows the seriousness behind the intentions of the bittrex team.

Bittrex has the trust of many people and the coins listed at this exchange are all good projects. I believe Bittrex will soon launch a new project as soon as possible and we can be sure this will be a great project for the second time and can make us big profits. Give them the opportunity to correct this mistake and we will soon get their new news

The first time I read on Bittrex announcement in their twitter about Raid, I am very curious, and I prepare to use some money to buy the IEO. But suddenly, when I feel I am ready to buy the IEO, I see that the IEO was disappeared, so I visit Bittrex twitter and read the information about that. I think they (the team) was not ready to launch their token in the exchange and they need to fix that so they cancel to launch in Bittrex. But I appreciate what Bittrex did so we can know what is going on with the project.

Bittrex takes perfect decision for its users. I didn't think that was a good project. Someone of my friend said that he will participate that IEO but I said to him that couldn't be a good decision to take participation for that IEO. However, I think now everything is wonderful. We would like only legit, trusted and weightful project for invest.
