ANN - Lightning Anniversary Polymerbit Bills

Ok Lightning Fanatics!  Since March 15th is the anniversary of LND Lightning implementation Mainnet release we want to share a special project created anonymously!  A ONE OF A KIND Limited Addition Lightning Network Paper Bill created by Polymberbit!  The bills are being auctioned by Lightning enthusiast twitter user @lightning_hood who runs www.lightninghood.com

There are only 100 bills printed and each bill has a specified Serial number.  50 bills are being auctioned and 50 are being given to prominent Lightning developers and educators.

The purpose of the bills are to showcase where the Lightning Network came from in a very nice quality bill form designed by an anonymous creator and made by www.polymerbit.com .  Around the bill you will see many Lightning Network projects in the space.

All proceeds will help fund two important projects in the space.  50% of the proceeds will be going directly to @renepickhardt for his Lightning Network Book project and the other 50% will be donated to @btcven.  See the below links for reference.

Slightly confused about the format.  So if you aren't one of the top 50 bids then is it a donation or will the people who aren't one of the top 50 bids get a refund?

  This is what they wrote  50 Lightning Bills - The 50 largest BIDS will win the bills.  All other bids will be donated.

  From what I take is if you are one of the 50 top bidders you will win, if not your bid will be a donation.

I'm not trying to make this difficult I understood it as this all the way until the end

"3.put your email refund (so we can contact you) and pay"  I just dont know what that meant.  No issue either way was just curious.
