But still I wouldn't recommend someone accepting this unless they provide collateral. Seems very risky.

He signed a message from an address posted before those changes here, and just repaid a smaller loan. I would ask the same lender if he is willing to fill this loan.

Stay away from no collateral loans.

I used to have a lending service and these no collateral loans sucked everything from me. I have lost around half a BTC because I was fucking too nice with them and believed them. They will always come to you with some nice stories and once they will take the money they are gone.

If you have no collateral then leave and ask from someone in real life you know.
