Title. What's the criteria in determining if a certain user is spamming or not? Like this guy that's been hot on the Bitcoin Discussion subforum lately, posting generic topics. Just today,
CryptoEP posted 4 topics already that aren't even slightly interesting. He already has created 12 topics with his account that's only been registered for 3 days.
