Anyone considering giving you a free loan is doing that at his own risk, this account "recently woke up from a long period of inactivity" so possibilities are it was hacked or bought. Therefore you need summit a valid Altcoin collateral before you get a loan.

i only owe 2 of these people personally, the others just applied negative trust ,1 of them just became overdue , and the other one was worth 1$ , im not able to reache the lender anymore as its old , in the following days i will pay that recent one
