You are free to select anybody and not all neg trust make people untrustable for a specific job. But recruiting somebody that got negged for Ponzi/Hyip or promoting fake ICO do not  look good fit.

With my huge respect to this forum, I don't take too serious all these ranks and scores. When you buy a reputable and clean account here, it does not mean you become more trustworthy. For some reason some people tend to say "YES YES", but in 5 minutes they start ignoring messages. And it goes out of the blue. Anyway we still look for Forum Manager (@dtbagency (https://t.me/dtbagency).

Answering your question, no we don't escrow funds. It is our policy. We do not fraud people. If there's no trust from the begining, it is not worth to start. A simple example. We were looking for people who would shoot 3-5 minutes long videos about different crypto topics. Payment only after video had been done. Despite the fact that conversion was low, we managed to find quite many people, convience them to cope with us and we ran that campaign very successfully. The customer was satisfied, all the people got their money. Moreover we had couple of people who failed to comply with our rules. We could have reject them, but we still paid and encouraged them that next time it will be better.

Many people write us about Forum Manager vacancy, but so far noone was serious / ambitious / trustful enough so we would start. But we want to believe...

We look for commercial representative on forums and the success is measured in sales, not the number of useless posts made. It's not a Bounty. Salary is a least remuneration that we offer. As always in sales interest matters more than any fixed payments. But this is something we discuss in private communication.
