The price did already start to pass the 4k barier  and i think the bull run is initially starting .

I don't think its bull run. It might bull trap. Still bitcoin is near mode in my opinion. But since volume is increasing, most likely bitcoin preparing for bull run. I have faith on bitcoin that it will recover once again. Sometime we can see few alt are touching ATH again. So why bitcoin will not able to touch again ? Hope this year or end of year we will see few improvements on bitcoin price.

Just now read a article from Coindesk, according to "Sam Ouimet" reports bitcoin volume exceeded $11 billion in 24 hours observation from last year April. We can say almost one year. However we can't see much effect on price although there was little pump. But April 2018 bitcoin was traded approx $8K but currently trading approx $4K. Is it sign of bull run ? I am suspecting that bitcoin investors are coming back. So as usual if investors start invest on bitcoin again then most likely bitcoin will run once again. We know that if incase start bull again then bitcoin really don't want to stop. Same also on if start down trend then bitcoin don't want to stop.

However I think this is one of positive sign for HODLER. What you think if this article is true?

If it's a true fact and Investors are investing in Bitcoin, then i can conclude that Good days are back.
We all can say that whenever we saw a large number of investments are done into bitcoin, the price has risen. And as you are saying compare to last year April, 3k usd have been invested more, then it signify that there will surely be an increase in bitcoin.
As Bitcoin follows the use of supply and demand, so it clearly shows that Bitcoin will rise in the near Future.
Moreover who doesn't remember that Bitcoin once reached 20k Usd. Now also many Bitcoin holder like me waiting for that moment again in order to sell our assets.
Hope the day is not too far to come.

Indeed day by day bitcoin is improving, it is getting better because investors are being so happy for having it to store for long term, holding gives you profit and confident that we can store our money for safe investment,  last year people were worry because price fallen too low, but now it is improving and people are again hopeful about future

the market again shows a good ecosystem. this is an indicator that now Market is getting excited and more investors are starting to invest again. various coin prices have started to show positive movements. the price of bitcoin also began to increase, although not too significant, but now prices are experiencing a much more stable increase.

Are they really coming back? I know that some well known people stopped shorting and some wealthy investors said they are buying but this is a drop of water in a pool. To move the market we'll need much more than a few rich people. I like the enthusiasm but I won't start jumping and clapping until I see 5000 dollars broken.

Same here with me. Though it can be viewed as positive but I won't be jumping up and down for this situation. It is just someone's idea and we don't know the whole truth encompassing this scenario. I would be more happy to hear news saying that this company and that company is already utilizing blockchain tech in their daily operations. That is more tangible proof for me that crypto is growing stronger.

Right now it is much necessary for the growth of the entire cryptocurrency network. Earlier in 2017 when the price started to grow investors began to pour lot of funds into cryptocurrency and this helped keep the uptrend continue and reach $20000. 2018 is not a good year and i think most people want market start to recovery. Bitcoin price already break to $4000 and hopely soon the price increase to $6000. Most hodler must be happy if bitcoin price reach above $6000 and it will leads others coin price rising

It will increase at the right time, don't worry. If the investors are really coming back, then we could see a good time for them to buy bitcoin because the price still at the very low price and if they have a lot of money, they can buy a huge amount bitcoin. But it won't be advisable to buy bitcoin by instant because we don't know if the price will on that price or go down in the next moves.

We will soon find out , its simple as that. Noone knows but personally i would say we need more time to market clear itself from weak-hands.

if an investor starts investing with bitcoin then the demand for bitcoin will increase so that the price of bitcoin rises. and this is the best step for holders who maintain bitcoin because the increase in demand for bitcoin the price of bitcoin will also rise, and holders can sell at high prices.

I think Bitcoin is on the rise again. There was too much speculation and hype last year which drove the price up without any real logical demand for it. Nowadays, we are seeing more companies and institutional investors utilizing Bitcoin within their portfolio's and business models.

I think it would be wise to invest before it starts going back up again.

Well, These types of sign are really no more convincing to this market. From the day cryptocurrency markets have been flooded with altcoins the whole market capitalization has been divided. Most of the altcoins turned out to be scam which resulted in huge losses for the investors. Now out of nowhere you expect these investors to return back sounds more like a fairy tale. I think now the bull run could only come either when there is some sort of mass adoption such as any major country declaring crypto as legal tender or some big whale manipulation on the back side. It is very difficult to merely sit in front of the screen and predict any movement these days.
