if you're talking about "Anonymous" exchanges, i'd recommend to use P2P ones, such as Localbitcoins[1] & Paxful[2]. They offer high-privacy trading solutions, but the tradeoff here is that you'll usually pay very high fees.

If you're willing to submit your ID, and have a bank account/VISA that can do SEPA transfers etc, i'd highly recommend you use Coinbase[3], or Bitstamp[4]. You'll pay almost no fees compared to P2P, but then again, you lose all privacy.

I may have trust issues against individuals, but I use "proper" exchanges to intermediate the trades.
Most are from my country, the others are Bitstamp and Bittrex. There was also Poloniex and many smaller exchanges too in the past, but I don't really use them lately.

In the end it depends on the coins you wanna trade. I personally have used cryptopia, bittrex, bitfinex, yobit, crex24, coinexchange, tradeogre, tradesatoshis, crypto-bridge, nova exchange and some more - if you just wanna trade some coins i can recommend you all of these exchanges. i have read about issues from other users who traded some bitcoins of volume and they had troubles with some of the exchanges.

I have never use the exchange site before but what I know is that every exchange site that does not offer crypto to fiat exchange and still ask for their users ID/passport doesnt worth it. However, every crypto exchange have there own benefit with advantage and disadvantage but I like coinbase, binance and luno.

Hi, I work for XCH4NGE and the only people asked for ID yesterday was the people that tried to cheat the system by joining a task with a specific reward to grow a specific community.

Instead we had others pretending to be from that country to claim the rewards. We challenge what we believe the ones to be fake who made the most comments in the India telegram group to show there ids in one hour with a selfie and we pay them $10 more to prove we was honest and not misleading the public. Some Indians users did this and actually got the $10. Some could not due to not being Indian.

So my thinking is being such an affluent and powerful member of bitcoin talk you have stated these comment knowing your position of trust will affect the platform but what you have not said is if you are one of the people that should not have joined the task and did for the sake of a few dollars and got caught out.
If you are from India kindly upload your adhar card if not take down this fake review. Just in case you do not know the website: www.xch4nge.com

Well I am using XCH4NGE since last 2 months and it's one the best P2P exchange with low trading fees and no fees on deposit. Good thing about XCH4NGE is KYC is optional so you have control over your privacy. When you sign up just fill your basic details and then log out and log in than your wallet gets activated and you are ready trade. I got to know about XCH4NGE from its bounty campaign and the team behind the project is really helpful. Indeed they are new but they have huge planning for XCH4NGE traders in future.

Also did you take part in task campaign for Indian community members??? They were promoting their project in India with some task campaign and they had mentioned clearly the task campaign was for Indian members only. A lot of members signed up from other country tried to cheat and pretend that they are from India. One of the member was threatening their admins that he have Bitcointalk Hero Member account and he will see them on forum( are you the same one?). Admin of that group gave challenge to upload documents to few peoples and those who did it they got payment right away. I think we should not take wrong  advantages of our position and ranking on forums in this way by threatening project?

Try lookong for a local crypto exchange that is established legally in your country. Often times they are commected to their own local crypto wallet which I think is a added convenience for its users. The reason for having a local exchange is of course uf something went wrong with their service you could easily ask for legal assisstance against a domestic company, if something happened to your money on a foreign exchange chances are your local authority would be of no help on retrieving your money.

You have to choose-confidentiality or security. Providing your ID if you have nothing to hide is not a problem. Many exchanges require traders to go through KYC and this doesn't surprise to you. Safety and reliability are a feature of many projects.  . I'm only welcome the  activities to protect the team from scamers that whanted to  get minimum paymenttried and to deceive the system by  VPN

Several things are wrong with this comment:

1. Full KYC is not required for use of the actual platform except in the UK
2. The only people asked to complete KYC were people who were suspected of misrepresenting their identity, potentially putting other users at risk.

If you have not been asked for ID by XCH4NGE, please remove this comment.

<...> tell me good exchangers for Venezuela
I would suggest that you place the question in the Spanish local board too, in order to get opinions from people that have used exchanges while living in Venezuela.

Additionally, you may take a look at Buy Bitcoin in Venezuela, but I would try on the Spanish board to contrast with testimonials from Venezuelans.
