Oh... This is nice idea OP, trying to bring the African community into awareness of crypto and blockchain. For the campaign payout, I realize is just to show appreciation and willingness to pay. Therefore, I believe with time, this campaign is going to be big and stay a long duration like chipmixer, bitsler, bustadice etc by the time advertisers take it up.

I'm thinking this campaign will raise awareness too on the need for separate African board  but I can't determine which language is going to be precisely because African continent is dominated by three languages namely , English, Arabic and French.

OP has a good heart and must be commended by those who stand for unity, we are Africans; we need to hangout together in order to educate ourselves on the trending technology. This is a proof that most of the users here are inclined with payments rather than helping someone else. I do have a project on my board too, and it doesn't getting much attention, although the purpose is good.

It's kinda disappointing, with a thousand of users here everyday only a few people are willing to help and it only counts not more than a hundred...

It is not strange, fella.
Users tend to have more interests and pay more attention on bounty topics, not merit challenge topics, or community topics.
It is due the the fact that there are a large proportion of users come there first with intention to earn money, not to get knowledge, technical advice, etc.
I opened my merit challenge more than one month ago (five weeks ago), there is very little interests.

No worries if campaign isn't a success, I'll close it down, regroup and come back with a better campaign could be just personal text and website, that way interested users can still earned via their regular signature campaign, merit awarding and get paid for wearing the campaigns personal text and website url. Right now it's the pay value discouraging participants.

Well, I'm the one who will get a payment for this campaign for now. It's not big indeed, but who cares. That's totally right that the most of users here are profit searchers. Maybe the project would get more attention if it would last longer and if low member ranks woul be welcomed.

As if we can expect them to have a better post than they're doing right now, I don't want to criticize the newbies but its a common fact for us here. What I'm thinking is held it not as a campaign anymore but a charity for africans. We should learn how to help without getting anything, people here must know that.
