The market is showing signs of recover and it is a good sign for all the investors and with the longest bear run in the history of this short market, things are looking good, but never expect the bull run anytime soon, the recovery phase is slow and it might take a long time to see another bull run, but expect the spikes in prices every now and then. The market is trying to hold above $4k now and if it can break the resistance level, then we will see the direction the market takes.

It is very hard to predict whether or not we will have a bull market this year as last year the market let us down. Again, being a smart trader would be the best thing that you can do. Hodling for months won't give you a lot of profit and based for my opinion the longest hodl would be at least 10days specially this month there are a lot of project that will have their mainnet or updates by the end of this quarter and early q2.

Knowing your strategy for short term trading is a must, if you are planning to short this out then you need to be very careful, we can't assure if this
small rise will continue to be stronger, the trend still can't determine if this will lead us to a bull or just same market conditions that we've seen the whole 2018, just being positive will lead you to still gaining from any market conditions just be more focus with the way you will interpret your position.

Totatlly agree! Being positive is basically one good traits and also we should hsve strong hands. Set a target and of course set your stop loss can save you a lot of money. Whats happening is that specially in binance, they will pump a coin and dump it for weeks then suddenly another pump will happen. I really dont know what are the strategy of these whales but of course do not ride a train that took off you will get rekt!

I think bullish will come. I mean, we already stable for long time and maybe people already buy and stock bitcoin for future. It means maybe someone or some big groups already have a lot of bitcoin and they ready to make it pumped.

It looks like true but not only bitcoin but whole of crypto has been getting a lot of increase. The pump will come in the future and it looks like the stable market means a preparation for the next jump . maybe next year the bull will come.

To me we are entering into a bullish market and everything is pointing towards that.  If you look at the way things are going you will agree with me that the bearish trend is over and the market is in sideway trend which will lead to corrections and when $4250 trading area and the resistance at that area is broken then we should expect a great recovery that will result in the next bull run!

Markets cannot be fluctuating all the time in fact it is known that most of the time markets move without any clear trend so in my opinion what we are seeing in this year is a market that is neither bullish or bearish, it is just going to move in a range without showing signs of growth or decline, this means that this year is not going to be very good for investors but it is going to be great for traders and those that love to speculate with the price.

the problem with altcoins is that there is a lot of them. it is not just 10 or 20 that people invest in, instead there are thousands of them that people can choose from.
because of that and also because the hype is over and the money has gone out of the market this "bounce back" will never happen. instead for at least a year we can see only small coins be pumped like they always do by the pumpers and nothing else move at all.

I think not yet and we cannot yet say that bear market is over. For me bears will become weak if market grows over 200 billion in volume and for bull trend i will be convinced if market volume goes over 300 billion.

Bears have been acting since December! There were strong kicks there to keep the BTC below $4500. If the BTC today near April is above $4k, it's a big win today for the bulls. as what is happening maybe yes but not really a bull IMO.because there is no constant growth since market show a positive sign which is seems like always small bump only. For me probably this will end soon if it didn't enhance performance because it still in danger in my view.
