Can I self repair 0 chip ?

One of my antminer L3+ has :
Chain 2 Asic 0

Can I self repair it or I have to sent it back to Bitmain (which very costly $50 just to sent it there) ?

Might be possible, might not. If you take the board affected out and take a few pictures of it without heatsinks attached and send it to this thread should make diagnosis of the issue the board's suffering easier. Used boards are also pretty cheap last time I checked for the L3+s and it may very well be cheaper than sending the board back to Bitmain. I do find it pretty unlikely all the chips have failed though, as 0 chips is usually fixable with the software fixes linked above.

Have you tried to troubleshoot first? If you going to repair the hardware of this miner without checking first if this is software or hardware related issue you will end up buying new parts.

You can try to flash it first with the latest L3+ firmware it mostly fixes 0 chip issue. If you having this issue follow the troubleshooting guide from Bitmain from here https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000080594-Antminer-L3-
