You can start an IEO and it might or might not be succesful but you really need to change the design of your site prior to doing any of the following.

I do even believe that most real gamblers wont be interested to install gambling related app in their phone. I have to agree with panjool here
as a gambler myself I would never install anything on my phone gambling related
there is a security risk , plus I , personally , would not want my relatives or friends or my loved one to stumble upon some gambling app
if I want to gamble from my smartphone - browser versions are enough in 99.99% cases

Mobile is indeed pretty effective for players to play or to manage their things easier but I can't say that they really give full time into this because much people are feeling better when they played on their laptop or pc. This is much more effective to do your things here especially in gambling. Just because of tiny things might turn our the bet result here. I do not think gambler will risk this playing through their mobile, but anyway it is a great job to open a mobile version though
