This what you wrote is an insult to U.K. government. Not anyone  can register a U.K. company without being in the U.K. first of all you have to have a national insurance number. Which is only given to U.K. citizens. Second you need UK address...So please don’t insult Britain. Not sure which country you are from but in Britain not everybody can freely open company at well.

Sir, we are a startup company and you cannot expect us to have our own owned office space at this stage of our project.

We have invested our time and money into this business and will see it to the end. Your point of it being a rental office address has no point of discussion so please be productive towards this announcement. Yes the platform will start in the UK then we will expand into China and explore other global markets that are in need of this.

Investors will be able to make profits from the investments they make into the selected invoice they will bid on, you will be able to invest in a pool of investors which will split the profit shares in correlation to the amount you have invested. Each industry will have different amounts of invoice value they are discounting so it also depends on the invoice you decide to invest in, but you will make profit.

Yes. Correct we have been in talks for a couple of weeks with the top 5 exchanges and now have come to the final stages after being approved. Now we are at payment & signing contract, so we are short of funds.

We advertised 300.000 PCC token only because this is the amount we are short. So at the launchpad IEO we can only offer 19.7m not 20m.

I can give you a total supply break down.

We have taken 300k out of IEO funds for early discounted price. For a quick sale to help rise funds for this top exchange.

Currently there are a couple invoice financing and factoring companies that do business with fiat currencies which have not adopted the Blockchain within this industry. The one competitor that we have seen who has adopted the Blockchain has a high risk for invoice buyers. We do not want to mention their company name, additionally most fiat currency invoice discounting give 85% of invoice value and make the application so hard that the company just give up applying.

Our main advantage is that we have a user friendly platform which gives cover for businesses when posting their invoices which guarantees the invoice buyer their funds in a scenario where the business cannot make the payment.
We then take the invoice and chase the payment with our legal team.

This token is a utility token. PCORE Ltd has never said this is a shareholder offer.
The token offer does not carry any right whatsoever towards the company the sole purpose of the token is to act as a means to trade invoices on the platform.

Information regarding burning policy will be analysed and discussed later on the project. We will keep everyone updated.

Using Virtual Address is a big redflag for any ICO's, If you are from UK why don't you post your real UK address, Many startups started from a garage but you choose to buy virtual address

Sales and transactions will be handled by the platform, however our main difference in terms of handling invoices that are uploaded is that we will be doing a deep check into the business and their financial risks. No working app or MVP they need to collect money first from investors before they start working on one. Sounds legit right? as of now they have sweet words and promises that yet to be delivered.

PCORE team are professionals, we have the MVP ready but it needs more work. We are the developers for PCORE. As we move forward and PCORE starts growing we will add more professionals to the team, in order to speed up processes of development. But the question is, why is MVP not released now?

First to answer this you need to understand the project. Making a discounting platform that will sell invoices is not an easy task for a team of 3, we have done exceptionally well in what we have made so far and still have loose ends to tie up. For this we need a team designed for checking and arranging full invoice cover. The platform release will only be done when we are fully set up to manage the PCORE platform after it is launched.
Release platform with out the right managing staff is risky and we will take the steps designed for the success of PCORE limited.

Hello with this incident, I think you can choose lower tier exchange to conduct IEO. Try out stex, velic, and systemkoin. These are low tier exchange which has significant volume. I think if big exchanges like binance, kucoin, I know there will be fee. By the way, what will happened now on the tokens bought via coinlim? Will these be refunded? Or invalidated?

A good sign that you should not pursue your fund raising. you can easily make your platform without asking the general public for their money. A hard lesson that you should have research first before using an IEO platform. a mistake that can be prevented if  you do your due diligence.

I have a question, how customers will fill up their balance on your platform? I mean it is necessary to use middleman(exchange) to get PCC tokens and start working on the PCORE platform? Do you plan to make fiat deposit right in PCORE platform? Thanks!

The only way to get their tokens is thru their ICO/IEO token sale. Using it on their platform are still unknown since no beta version has been provided. Not even a picture of their idea is shown in their website. So you need to wait for them to collect some funds so they can start working on their platform development.
