I had contacted the seller 2 days ago through Skype and he did show me a 1+ year old US Adwords account through live remote screen sharing and I paid and took the account.
He gave it to me in a VPS (RDP), thankfully.
I then went ahead and created my search campaign and it went live within 24 hours, which is a good thing, most probably in an aged Adwords account, the review(s) are less stringent.
Overall I am happy, and thanks to this seller.
