Greetings viewers i need assistance, I created a non profitable awareness signature campaign titled; [OPEN] Africa Bitcointalk community hangout signature campaign. If it becomes a success I'll need to pay at least 10 participants as 5 each receive same amount of bitcoin. I discovered from viewing previous campaign proof of payment link that you can send bitcoin to multiple addresses at once. What are the steps required, also is the Android electrum wallet capable of doing this if it can't I don't mind downloading a desktop wallet therefore I need procedures.

You're looking for "send to many", it's under the Electrum Tools menu.

Even if Electrum mobile wallet is capable of doing that, I think you'll face some technical annoyances as you need to copy-paste the address and the amount of payment. I personally would avoid that and I'll use Electrum desktop client to send the transaction. Typing in phone is a pain in the ass for me.

you can do this on the send tab as well. just enter the address followed by a comma and the amount on a line. then press enter and start again with another address. the amounts can be different for different recipients. here's  a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/4uLHHeA
