I have considered revising my review to a neutral one, but I was planning to give it some time to assess how and if you plan to reestablish the trust of the community.  However, since you've posted a relatively sizable loan request, and still act in a belligerent manner to your critics, I feel my review should remain as a warning to community.  Maybe you're planning an exit scam, maybe you're not.  The review I left accurate, and is only and indicator that an exit scam is within the realm of possibilities.

If you agree with the ratings, why do you require any additional defense on the part of others who left the ratings?  And regardless of whether Lauda is willing to do so, I've certainly justified my position in this or another thread (don't remember), as have other DT members.  To top it all off, marcotheminer's own actions are on full display for all to see, so anyone can see for themselves whether what's in the feedback matches reality.

Read my replies, read "the critics" reply. Now imagine yourself as a legitimate borrower who isn't in the act of a/won't scam. Just imagine it.

You're not in prison. Imagine if in real life someone calls you untrustworthy - says "don't lend money to that guy, he's borrows often and is late to repay". You red ratings, at least the DT ones, are factual and don't contain false accusations as far as I can see. There are some warnings/suspicions/opinions but these are quite clearly expressed as such so there shouldn't be any confusion for a reasonable reader.

But even if I play along with your premise - most users who actually care about their reputation probably wouldn't be escalating the situation by e.g. repeatedly engaging in the behavior they're being distrusted for.

He absolutely refuses collateral for these loans.
He has a history of not repaying loans on time.
In his last loan, the lender was so scared that marcotheminer wouldn't repay that he opened a scam accusation thread.
He brushes off all community concerns about his flippant behavior (in the form of comments) while being late on repayment.
He thinks somehow he's rehabilitated his reputation within a couple days of getting negged.

Those are the facts.  And it doesn't matter whether the last lender left you a positive or not--he also made the scam accusation thread that I mentioned, which was what brought attention to you.  The above facts are why you're going to have to sit with red trust on your profile, and I can only speak for myself when I say that it's going to be a long while before I reevaluate the neg I left on you.  There's no need to PM me or contact me, which you'd have a hard time doing anyway since I blocked your PMs.

He’s been late with multiple small loans so what hope in hell does he have of repaying a much bigger loan on time, or if at all.

This can be seen as a loan (3 weeks 5-10%) or an investment (more, up to 8k I would say, brings marginal profit; still some more upwards to 15k but not as worthwhile).

What kind of investment has expected diminishing returns the more you invest?   Doesn't make sense to me, but I'm not an investment expert either.
