If you already send a merit person then keep that page a while... in a next minutes if you do some refresh page / f5. then that bug will be happend.

See my history transaction of merit. I did it and proved. Need to fixed.

There's nothing to fix for that unless theymos do something different post method, as its a browser issue, every page with a form submission, once refresh it will send another data. So you have to close the merit sending page after.

How long did you leave your browser after sending merits the first time?
There is a threshold of minutes, within which you can not send same amount of smerits to same post.

Refreshing the page after 60 seconds (in your case there is a 210 second gap) will cause you to send double the amount of sMerits (not double spend really, but rather double send).
