That seems to be more of an community issue like kid's growing up in poor conditions to gang member parents and not getting the right education and not enough free time activities provided, there's a lot of stuff going wrong on Chicago's South Side.
And i'm not really that deep into the topic of gun control , but a lot of people in for example switzerland are strapped and almost no gun violence happens

To the OP : That's kind of hypocritical when so many people die to violence every day in the world just because it happened in europe doesn't make it better or worse than for example when a bomb explodes in pakistan , we are just used to those news and don't really care anymore.

Banning guns isn't about saving lives.  It's about gaining power.  If the gun-grabbers wanted to save lives they should be focusing on about a dozen other subjects first. 

Ironically the same people who claim to care about saving lives by banning guns tend to promote the type of governance system (socialism/communism) that cost more humans their lives than anything else humanity has ever conceived.  Not even auto accidents come anywhere close to reaching the monumental loss of life attributed to communism.

People seem to forget that most gun deaths are suicides, and these people would most likely be dying either way -- unless we address mental health concerns instead of focusing on the tool that they're using. I do understand the arguments that this 'tool' is more lethal, though I still do personally think that if a person is trying to kill them self there is really little to no way to screen against that if they go to purchase a weapon and have no past mental health history to help them be denied.

Sad. Not to mention what was in New Zealand last week. Animals if taught can love better that human and even more loyal than human. Human beings, no matter how you trust them and how loyal you are to them, one day they will still devour you. This is becoming so much, news about shootings are rampant these days and I think it's high time the government take a bold step regarding the legalization of guns. Nowhere seems to be safe, at home, office, street, everywhere is becoming dangerous to move around in. Except, don't forget studies have shown that cockroaches especially, amongst smaller organisms, will not only survive the most brutal of cataclysmic nuclear war, and -winter thereafter, but will in fact thrive into the billions in numbers. The smallest organisms are also the toughest; have been here millions upon millions of years before us and probably will be after the demise of the Homo genus, class:  so called sapiens [read funny].

But take note, the craziness is getting amplified in orders of magnitude at this current space and time we find ourselves in. The dutch shooting incident in Utrecht is very shocking. The reasons why a person would do or commit with these kinds of deeds are first, they are influenced by drugs, second is terrorism and the last one is a mental issue.

Normal people will naturally have his humanity within no matter what. But a person who is out of his mind will not have humanity and that is the end of the story. So many people die in violence every day and I think violence is so much natural in humans.
