Well funny about it. This big issue is that you can hardly determine a profiting ICO coin and lately, almost all have been failure after few pumps , they go back to start and crash away. I have learnt to buy a coin of my choice and not to waste my time gathering candy coins from airdrops and bounties.

It's difficult to tell. You should check all the projects one by one and see for yourself which of those can have a good future. Those will probably grow when the money will come again into crypto markets.
The rest can be sold, although they are probably already worthless.

Since the market is low, it's not the best time to sell, so it also depends on how much you need the fiat you'd get for them.


However, it's your decision to take. I am in basically the same situation like you, but I reached the point it doesn't really worth it to sell.
One of the tokens I have used to worth about 200$ (for the ~90 tokens) in December 2017 and now it's under 0.50$.

That is what will happen if we keep holding while everyone dumps. I have about $120K now just worth $1200. I would have been celebrating the whole 2018 if I just dump what I got. I dumped some bought a truck but now I sometimes have to use my bike as I can't afford full tank for it. The next time bullrun happens, all those that I have will be sold, every bit of it.

It is just like that with me. Some of the coins in my wallet despite the quantity amounts to 2 or3USD. Some of them are more than one year in my wallets worthing nothing. It is very difficult to know when the price will improve. Someone said the owners of the coin sometimes pump the coin. If someone will know when they will pump then you can follow them to dump it.

Waiting for the Moon? This is the hardest part actually yet these coins are completely trash basing on the image that you have given but you wont know if there's
one would be hyped up and been pumped out on a short period of time but i doubt you would surely miss it but these are just probabilities yet we have seen some
circumstances on how shitcoins being pumped up even we do know its true worth.

Depends how long you're willing to wait. We could very well have another crypto bull run around the corner, or it could take a few years 'till the next one, which could mean more and more projects fail in this time. If you can afford to hold the coins and you don't desperately need the money, I would suggest holding for the mid-term and perhaps selling off if market conditions do not improve from where they currently are or get worse. Really your choice in the end because there's no 'best' move to take; everyone's going to have a different opinion.

We are the same situation, but if I were you still hold on because that $42 worth of all your token it might be doubled when the price of bitcoin bounce back in the market. It really depends upon on you if you can wait a long time there's a chance that those token will be raising up, aside for those already shit token which is likely dead. Keep on holding that is small amount tho.

I'm not a bounty or an airdrop hunter but i do have some shitcoins on my bag came from ICO's back in previous years and after all this time those tokens are on a dump state which having -98% into its ICO price
but still i decide to hold em up and just completely ignore or do think about it.I've lost thousands of dollars into these investments but you wont really have any choice but to wait up for pumps but dont hope too much
if you dont like to stress out yourself.

Unfortunately the market now is in a bad shape and tons of ICO coins keep on appearing every day, most of the ICO coin will go to zero value, most of them wont be able to rise no matter how long you wait, you need to check the project, the whitepaper and the roadmap to predict, but don't get your hopes up, usually most of the ICO coin will go to shitcoin because there are too many coins that being created with the same purpose

I think 100x that you expect will never come in the near future because the market conditions are still having difficulty rising. Try to sell them one by one at a reasonable profit price and do research to determine which coins will have the potential for long-term holding.

In my opinion is better sell all of that token and rebuy others coin that has live product or use that money for trading, this is more possible to earn profit than holding that coin which we dont know how the development work. Some project can be death because the team development does not continue to run the project. Look at Sether that delisted from the exchange and the team development not listing their token more in other exchange.

I think it's better to invest it already in something worth it already, not just letting it sit there. I prefer to trade them and make money move. Don't wait for that 100x; make that 100x for yourself. 

I'm not here to say any financial advice to you but check out automatic trading using Gunbot. I have profited a lot from just monitoring and adding correct pairs. Making swing trades without having to check the actual charts are amazing.

Just hold it, because there are some coins that you currently hold in the wallet that are not feasible, with the present value and coins that you hold in my opinion it is better to keep holding them. Evaluating all your coins really takes a long time and is not worth what you will get later.

Keep on hodling, if that total of $42 will be doubled in due time, sell it right away and buy other coins. That is the reason why i do not want to let ICO tokens from my wallet. When i received it, i sell them immediately because i do not want to be stucked like you do.

Which is perfectly right, you are risking time as you don't have any other way but to hold and hope that fate will change it's directions,
mos of those ico's dwell with same target venue and same purposes around this industry, those who can't compete and didn't achieved
good supports from the community will die along the way.

When there are many Altcoin occur nowadays make it more difficult especially for investor to find the fit one.
Personally I better invest on altcoin that include on top 50 coincapmarket rather than wasting your time on bounty.

But if you still insist on bounty with less effort, may the profit will come upon you in expected time

Sell all your airdrop coins. I don't know why people want to hold airdrop coins, airdrop coins value always dropping bro. Because people will always sell it after they receive the coins.

You should sell it too before the price of that airdrop coins dropped too low.

there's no ETA about what that will be growing up again, 100x is an impossible thing to happen and remember you are only holding a little number of tokens. It's better for you to sold your token when it gets a pump and then put it to trade in the market.

My advice try to take out your tokens on your wallet with the value under $2



Then hold some tokens with the value more than $2

The first thing is, if a coin doesn't hit hardcap during ICO, then supply is more than demand... which tends to lead to price drops when they hit exchanges. Add to this the bear market over the least year, and most coins will drop initially. If it's a good project, then you just need to wait a while for them to deliver a working product and start to get established. I'd give it a year at least.
