The 'Wage Gap' which is the theory stated by those in the left that state that women make 25 cents less than a man for the same work. People on the left state that this is the reason that equality isn't present in the world and that women are still subservient to men. I personally have always disputed these theories, even after I read the studies, my line of thinking was very simple. My theory was that Capitalism (and the greed that comes with it) would never allow a gender gap to be present. Corporations are so greedy (for good reason) that they would NEVER pay 25 percent more for the same work. The entire corporate world would be filled with women, and everywhere would hire women if they could legally pay them 25 percent less. I'm going to lay out some of the information relating to it.

Where did this information come from?

Well, that's a pretty complicated thing to try to search for. Though through my own personal studies I found a link to this website -- https://www.aauw.org/research/the-simple-truth-about-the-gender-pay-gap/ -- which is the website for the American Association of University Women. You can see the clear bias that is present in their name, they're going to have a shift towards women in a way to get more donations and such. The stats that they reference at this website is from Bureau of Labor Department which is simply comapring the median earnings of full-time workers across the entire workforce.

I don't know if you notice the problem with this, but it's a pretty simple one to notice. You can't compare the median income of both, because men and women get different jobs with different pay. Men actually gravitate towards higher paying jobs, while women gravitate towards lower-paying jobs(SOURCE). So with this in mind, you can see that these studies are wrong and are harping on information that they KNOW is wrong. They're using this as a way to further their own objective and to raise more money.

They use peoples inability to go read a study and verify sources as a way to continue to spread their false news.

Is there any gender gap?

Well yes, but the real number is a LOT lower. When you factor in all of the other variables (that the first study nicely disregarded) such as job type, education, etc -- then the REAL wage gap is around 2 cents. So 2 percent. (SOURCE

Though from my reading, there are two reasons for this.

1. Women won't typically negotiate their salaries, and that's a fact based on studies. (SOURCE)
2. Women (in a traditional household) typically take time off when they have kids, and they're unable to 'catch up' from the lost time, experience, income, etc to be able to compare fairly to men. (SOURCE

So personally, I still go back to the point that the only reason for the wage gap are for the two above reasons (there may be more, but still) and not just because men are all misogynistic and hate women.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Nearly no one says that and anyone saying that is a complete dipshit.

Two remarks:
-You underestimate the wage gap by fully taking into account a factor: education. Education isn't at all equal regarding genders, women are less likely to obtain highly rewarded education. And it has been very easily proven that social influence is a big part of that. Now I'm not saying we should have 50/50 of both genders in all fields but fact is that when you experiment the results of two classes, one with mixed genders and one with only girls, you obtain significant differences of results, self assessment and orientation choices. That means education is already gender flawed so not taking that into account is a huge difference.

-Your reasonning on the fact that capitalism wouldn't allow pay gap is heavily flawed by the fact that capitalism is NOT able to assess objectively the abilities of employees. It means that if people are biased into thinking that women will perform less they will get paid less even though they don't actually perform less.

Apart from that the fact is that there isn't much that can be done.

Generally, men are braver when it comes to negotiating wages. Most of the women are doesn't complain about their salaries because they wanted to be the person who is deserving to be compensated with the specific amount instead of negotiating about it.

Though some women know how to stand up, most of the ladies are scared and taken advantage because of their gender.

On behalf of strong and new era women, I will stand up and say that the new era women are much stronger, braver and smarter and we won't tolerate any kinds of grants and unfair wages!

What's the solution for women going into education though? Should government incentivize this by throwing more money into secondary education specifically towards women, giving them more financial aid to attend schools?

Women themselves don't choose to go into the high paying fields, that's not something the government should be solving by telling people what to do with their lives. There's nothing wrong with having more men in one field and more women in another, it just so happens that the ones the men flock to are higher-paying. And in no way, shape, or form are men/ women from either one of their own dominated fields stopping men/women from coming in.

I obviously stated what I stated about Capitalism because the typical line is as such "Women make 25 percent while working at the same exact job as a man, right next to him! If that was the case, and they both had the same output -- then only women would be hired. It's pretty simple.

They have to do the same thing everyone does living in a truly free market: Search a better job, always. This is your best bargaining chip, no need to be violent or anything. When you get a better offer go to your boss and tell him/her either give a rise or accept the resign, as simple as that.

"Socialists" are mistaken pretending to fix everything by force using the State. No, you must not force anyone to pay "the same" due to gender, race, or religion, etc. If they are worth more, they will pay more, period. You can have women earning far more than men in other kind of jobs too.

If "socialists" manage to force their views into policy, the only net result is reduction of jobs offer, producing the opposite effect: Worse work conditions for women.

This is something that most people don't even do, doesn't matter if you're male or female. And honestly, it's pretty horrible to see -- because they're missing out on large amounts of money by not doing it.

Job hopping is the only way to get bonuses today! Companies aren't loyal to you, and you should be ready to hop around every 3-4 years (obviously dependent on if that is even possible in your field, but still)
