Please Help Me I'm Not The Person Plagiarised

Hello everybody, I just created this account for me to justify myself. This is my real account: Galahadseika.

The case is, I was just mistaken by one staff plagiarising other's work.

So this is the testimony of LoyceV acusing blackpoint because of plagiarism. https://imgur.com/YyRvirE  <- Refer to this link. I did not plagiarised my whole life in this forum and with my school works.

I was banned for that. Please help me.

When I first found out about bitcoin it was just this year 2017. I got very first account banned because I was a total newbie and I didn't know about the rules and regulations so now I know somehow how bitcoin works.

This probably is the reason why you got permabanned in the forum, In the proof you showed I doubt that mods would make such mistake on banning the original poster rather than the plagiarizer as coinlocket$ has clearly stated on his post on who posted the "original" one and who posted the copy. He even clearly stated black point's name as the plagiarizer.

Maybe I was mistaken too by ban evasion. I never had any accounts before galahadseika. I only have two accounts in this forum. This alt, that is for justifying the ban and the first account I created, galahadseika.

This is a case of your word against yours and it's your text which you must have posted in error which got your other account banned. I would assume the moderators did a deeper check using IP addresses or some other sort of research, although they do not regularly do that

Your statement alone might not be enough but on where you have posted it clearly points out you are talking about the forum. The OP talks about his fair share of experiences with Bitcoin as well as his experience with Bitcointalk. The rest of the members who posted before you have just talked about mostly their experiences within the Bitcointalk forum mostly about signature campaigns and bounties so clearly I know when you are talking about your experiences and "rules and regulations" you are just referring to the ones BCT has in the forum.

As I've said my memory about that is vague and I can't remember. And before anything else can you please look at my statement and the topic itself? The statement of mine is not enough to call it an evasion.

See? The topic itself is not talking about the forum. How come I was banned for that? And my statement did not refer to this site. All I remembered is that at that time I was just going and going through different wallets and searching about cryptocurrency for it could be of use for me to have money. That's it. How is that ban-able?

My statement from that post, the "ban evasion" is not enough for a mod to ban me from this forum. It's clear that the mods didn't based on the post itself. The topic says Journey About Cryptocurrency. CLEARLY NOT ABOUT BITCOINTALK.ORG. I don't know what's clear enough for mods to understand.

And I also don't know why mods deleted a post of mine in this topic. They say that's off the topic.

Still specified that I got that from google and that's not plagiarized since the my points does not depends on that statement itself. I have stated my point of view on that topic. And for the record, plagiarized work in this forum is considered most of the time if the post was completely copy and pasted or paraphrased using paraphrasing tool.

Who told you that? Even one sentence stolen from someone in your large text can be considered plagiarism.

May be you are missing something what mods have observed.
I think the posts you have already stated in picture have no concern with the banning of your account, as it clearly shows the original poster and the plagiarizer.

Reason stated by Veleor could be the one, but I am not sure.
The only thing you can do is to wait until a response ( if your ban is not permanent).

Have your examples included their source?  I bet not. They just inputted the text from the original work and pasted it for their own good.  I studied research subject and conducted a lot of thesis and with that, I learned plagiarism. I told at my post that I got that from google and look at the quotation marks (""). I used them with my statement. And using quotation marks means that I'm not the first one to say that thing and was from a source.
