They are number 1 not a bookmaker industry but in fraud !!!  

 Hello everyone, bad things happened. Cloudbet does not want to give my BTC (0.86). They did not send me a letter confirming the withdrawal of funds, saying that there are technical problems. But after a couple of days of carrying out their brains, they answered me that either a 100% deposit was paid or documents for verification of their identity came. After I sent the documents, they no longer respond to me and naturally LIVE CHAT does not work.  How is such a huge company doing so?
    I was told yesterday in the chat about this that they did not get a bank statement as it is in PDF format. And that I need to convert it into a photo. I asked several times about what exactly this document? I was answered yes. They told me that the bill for utilities is not suitable. Today I went to several banks and made account statements from different banks and in different languages. Where everything is indicated and the address of registration and last name and account numbers. After I uploaded the photos to them, they told me in a chat that such documents would not work and I needed an account for utilities. I was dissatisfied in the chat, and I was told that they had read yesterday's chat correspondence and sent these documents. Do you think this is normal? I did not violate any rules of the company !!!
    A few days later, in the chat, I ask how long you will check my document. To which STEFANO replied to me that 2 days, I say that 2 days have passed, but you have not checked it so far. He says that I did not speak for 2 days, but I say up to 7 days for verification. I give him his message, do you know what he answers? This is not my message and your check will take at least 7 days and if you ask questions for which you received answers I will disable you live chat. Naturally, I continued to clarify the deadline for checking my documents and they blocked me. In the chat, I was not rude, behaved with dignity, unlike support cloudbet!!!!

Are they left without punishment?



There is consistency in the manner Cloudbet are going about their business - which is perceived by many to be selective scamming.

They have zero reputation left and it will not change even if they give you your funds back
