If anyone have a replacement fan for a ATI HD 5870, if your card is broken, but the fan is still working, I'd be interested in buying the fan, or if you have a cheap aftermarket cooling solution. Location: Norway

PM or in this thread please.

the fan on my 5870 shot out the bearing and i was having zero luck finding a replacement. i got a zalman ZM-VF3000A off of amazon for just under $50 and it was totally worth the money. my 5870 now runs at ~50 C

Nobody has a 5870 fan for sale? Theres got to be a market for these things on this forum. I don't have $50 for a whole new HSF assembly. I do have $10 for just a fan though.

I have a 6870 stock HSF block I'll sell for $25. I'm not sure if you can pull the fan off it or not, and I don't think I'll try for you. It's a Buy It at Your Own Risk. ie., I don't want the thing back. The most that shroud was used for was maybe a month and I never cranked it, only gamed on it and let it run at stock.
