Hey, thank you for your comment and feedback. Sometimes it can happen that starting times of the matches are moved / changed, and we need to cancel some betslips due to bets that are placed after the match started. That happens in esports only.

Hopefully it's all good now and that our support sorted it all out.

I also experienced this these days especially when I am automatically logged out for a specific time and I need to re log in. And after I logged in, I also encounter this error. After that, I will just refresh the page and re log in using the login button upper right, and the login modal will pop, after that, I am able to log in.

I do not recommend anyone gambling with a company affiliated with the government of Costa Rica. As I wrote earlier, gambling is not regulated there and there are no gambling licenses.
So you don't have any organization you can fall back on. Companies choose Costa Rica for a special reason, so that they can evade all rules and licenses and there is no supervision whatsoever.
