The first thing that makes me chose a casino game aside its reputation is the Soundtrack. As much as this may sound funny, I pay so much attention to the backing track. If I must spend quality time spinning the reels then the music needs to have a good balance. You might be right about the reputations of the gambling site you're talking about but I can assure that 97% of all online gambling site were giving bad reputations at a point  although some didn't worth giving the bad reputation because their problem was actually caused by bug/hacker.
