Hi, I'm going to operate a small hedge fund again and people can buy in with crypto or fiat (fee 2%)
I used to run a hedge fund a few years back with about 10 people's assets before I went all in creating new tech  and everyone made good money then and I got the nickname "yoda" from the investors, I have a lawyer and contract specialist who can write up a contract between both parties for security.

Now we can discuss terms but usually it was a fixed monthly % in return, something realistic though <10%
And the investor always gets his ROI that is agreed upon in the contract and the funds are generally locked in the contract for an agreed upon time but with an backdoor for the investor if he suddenly needs his capital then he can rift the contract but it will carry some fees as well and will be frowned upon.

This isn't a service neither a project development, it's a ridiculous attempt to get your hands to people's money.
You offer to take the funds from others and use them in "investments"(!), based on your reputation (?) as....what exactly?

Better to go and contact your previous investors who are so pleased and rich from your work...Yoda! *ROFL*

I got out of trading after December 2017 and managing funds for 3 years as I did not feel the passion that much anymore and wanted to get creative and started focusing on developing projects and tech as well as a project that I founded  and was fairly popular with 15.000 total people participating in the airdrops and the bounty reaching approx 350 pages here total and being a team leader over a few projects and advisor for some in the past, after I got out of the trading industry I returned the investments to the investors which most of them managed to screw up and not sell in the high of December 2017 as i adviced them to do as I knew it was going to crash shortly, but its hard to listen when you suddenly got loaded and someone tells you it's not endless.

So most of my investors blamed me for not pushing them hard enough to sell which is ridiculous I had no obligation even to give them advice after my contract was fulfilled but did so out of courtesy.

Needless to say you all remember how the market went in the beginning of 18.

Now I've been on a few months  vacation enjoying the sunny life after my last project gained 6000 eth as capital but did not hit the soft cap so all was returned and the project put on ice for now.

My next project is not until in 2 months so I have spare time and hedge fund managing is fairly easy I find since trading is easy.

Yes I'm looking to expand the capital of the fund with other people's money to increase my profit ratio which was an average of about 7-25% p.m which is the role of hedge funds pretty much to make investors and the fund gain profit.

I don't know what you mean by my reputation ? And after people's money?  I find that I have a fairly good reputation in general so clarify your allegations.

I suggest you come to terms with how this forum works first.
THEN maybe try and build a reputation.

If you are so gooid at predicting markets, why not start a signaling service? If your trades are good, money will flow in. At no point in time do you need access to other people's money to do that and guess what? you will actually build a repertoire with people here on this forum.

We've seen fake lawyers, fake claims, fake names, fake certificates - so no amount of 'text' you fill in this reply box is going to get you any money.

You are ready to put up 120% of collateral for every bit of money you want to 'manage'.

If you rift the contract before the time then there will be a fee that is predetermined

I used to mostly do day trading and analyze short charts and try to close in at 1% profit per day or close to it
Sure I could do a signaling service, that's a pretty neat idea actually
But I'm really not trying to build something very long term or very stressing because in 2 months I will have a new project and it will demand a lot mentally from what I learned from previous work so it has to be something easy like day trading a little bit and calculating profits for everyone at end of month, something I can do on the side, I think managing a group and making signals takes more work than just buy / sell at the time you see the patterns.

No the hedge fund was just a hedge fund and the project a project - look me up my user is my name
Everything is as I said, I already proofed my id

I want to work with something that gives me joy as well
Vacation is when you micro manage 20 people for 6 months and your brain is about to burst because you didn't sleep good for months because you are so busy planning and working so that everything works perfect but there are always new problems coming up or new developments and you are meeting people from all over the world all the time and on meetings in interviews and everything and then the project goes on ice so it's a long vacation time before my next one which is far better planned.

Trust me if you are ever a COO and in all aspects of a serious project you need a good vacation to have the mental capacity to do an even better planned and bigger project next :-) I call it to collect energy haha
But seriously though micromanaging 20 people every day and giving tasks and thinking what to assign people and things like that and sometimes having to explain in depth or even do it yourself can put a lot of mental strain on you
