user 'Stacey Lacey' does not appear to be banned, even though he gave a fake vouch to "The Prince Of Egifts" before.

Lovehacked is also .

This must mean he is not honoring his ban with sockpuppets

While they (the scammers) have been recently deleting a lot of Stacey messages there are still some left they missed archived for entertainment purposes.  There were dozens of them recently:
