No one will use this site although this site provides higher odds than other sportsbooks (I haven't checked their odds compared to others). Simply how he can pay the winners if he cant build a better site. Free hosting, no SSL, plain design. I do believe google spreadsheet looks better than this site LOL.

I think I actually prefer a betting site where people do not necessarily need to create an account or it is optional. That gives you freedom and less stress so long you can show something like an identity attaching to the site when you have a winning. Like some betting site have it as optional.
