I was trying to buy a premium subscription, I checked the website yesterday and It was there, I could pay with BTC and now it vanished. I can't find anything about it on their website either.

Does anyone have info about this and whether it's coming back or not? Or if there is a third party service who allow you to buy them for BTC.

Dont have any idea why they have remove it and i tried to check out their social media mediums i cant see any announcement towards it but still i do able to pay with Mobile and dragonpay.

Most likely a problem with Xsolla. I used Xsolla a few weeks back to pay for my ESEA Main fees and ESEA Premium subscription with Bitcoin (they used Bitpay as a payment processor) and things went just fine, guessing Xsolla removed Bitcoin as a payment method recently. Haven't been able to find anything on their site about this unfortunately. Xsolla's main site is here (click for link), contacting their support might help shine a light on why BTC's not available as a payment method right now. There aren't any third-party services that I know of to buy Faceit subs AFAIK, best alternative for now is a crypto-to-fiat conversion 'till Xsolla adds BTC as a payment method again.

In that case, is it possible that the payment methods depend on the country? because I don't have dragonpay, whatever that is. For crypto, I only have the option to pay using MobileGo.

I sent a message to Xsolla asking them about this, I'll make sure to post back here once I get a response.

So, looks like Xsolla really disabled Bitcoin payments. I just tried myself and there are no options.

I also found this ANN (posted 2 days ago) from a game dev that uses Xsolla for his MMORPG in-game store.

Xsolla said they've stopped the bitcoin settlement from 18th March (UTC).

If they solve the problem, they will open the bitcoin payment again.

I've spoken to them through the live chat since I didn't receive any response using email, and they said it's removed but it's going to be temporary with no ETA given.

For those who are interested in this, Xsolla finally fixed the issue and Faceit is accepting Bitcoin again.
