Hello there sir, I am not from the team, but pretty into the project as find their idea pretty fresh nowadays. So basically Alendoo’s main mission is to keep their customers anonymity, to do so they’ve had to ‘think outside the box’ to fulfill its existing promises to customers and find a way to extend their offering by adding loans paid out in FIATs. Great question. As far as I know, the loan value is available for withdrawal instantly to your wallet. And loan duration is 12 months! So you will have plenty of time to return the loan

There's a Loan calculator on the homepage as well https://alendoo.io/loan-info and in your account. The rule is simple, lower LTV lowers yearly interests.
Loan once taken, it has fixed interests.

- Revenue share - 20% of the revenue generated by Alendoo will be shared among all users holding XAL on the Alendoo platform. The revenue will be paid once a month in Alendoo Currency.
- Increased Lending interests - every Lending made in XAL will be rewarded with a 10% bonus to the standard interests.
- Extras - Alendoo has established a cooperative agreement with many crypto related companies, and there is a plan to offer extras to their customers, for example, a discount to some products, etc.

The first point should be pretty beneficial for all the users of the platform - but is discount applicable fot every loan? Or kinda for the first one only, for example?

As far as I understand, of course, we are talking about benefits for everyone here. I mean every token holder can get these benefits

Sounds great! And gettings devidends for just holding tokens is a pretty fair and great opportunity, from my point of view. And I believe the token to be pretty liquid, so this way we can talk about a bit higher profits
