The combination of Sports and Blockchain is mostly seen in combination with betting.
There is some fierce competition in this area.
Sportcash One is an exception to this, we are not planning to enter the world of Sports betting.
We are offering a complete solution for the Sports Industry, tokenizing Clubs with all our ready-to-use products.
Payment gateways for the most used E-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify), loyalty program ready for integration at existing Brands and Shops.
A Social Platform is our central element, a platform where everybody can promote themselves, by posting photos, videos, their best results, etcetera.
Building a fan base there can lead to getting rewarded, as there will be a mini-crowdfund option inside our Social Platform.
We are not aiming to one particular sport, all sports worldwide will be supported, even new sports like E-sports!
Why Waves Platform?
Good question!
Firstly, one of our 2 founders Jarno Hogeweg, has worked for the Waves Platform for almost 1 year.
He was working at their European office in Amsterdam and gave several presentations for Waves at big Crypto events.
Jarno is also owner of the popular Wavesnode.net fullnode on the Waves Platform.
Secondly, we have a team of people inside our team that also have great expertise in the Blockchain tech of Waves.
Wouter Schol is owner of the Bearwaves node, he is our Main Blockchain developer.
Thirdly Sander de Mooij is owner of the Waves Assist node on the Waves Platform, and he works for Sportcash One in our Marketing/Communications team.
Enough technical expertise in our growing team, so reasons enough to choose for the Waves Platform as our basis.
We are currently working with the developers in Moscow to integrate some new tech inside the Waves Platform.
Some of our projects need extra functionality that is currently not covered by Waves.
So we made some proposals and are currently awaiting their approval.
All in all, we have the strong believe we can be an example for other projects and be an exception by being a successful Blockchain project running on Waves.
