Where to find ICO development Team

I am looking for a team of trusted and experience ICO development. No problem if they don't have much experience but at least completed 1 or 2 active projects. It will be good if they are from India (just easy to contact). Please mention anyone if you know or any agency.

We have a lot of them in this forum but I don't think this is the right place to get them, because most of the people who comes to this part of the forum just want to discuss about altcoin and not interested in offering a service, I think the best way to find people that suit your taste is to move this topic to the service section of the forum because I go there a lot and I see adverts of people who offer the kind of service you are looking for.

Too many ICO devs have a successful projects. It's too many to mention and to memorize who they are. Maybe it's better if you go ask some of the bounty managers about this because they might know the devs of the projects they are handling.

If you are going to form a new team, you should work with more experienced people. Because, in this case it would be impossible to create a new project and survive. Also, this place is not a good venue to build a good team.

I thought to start the thread in the services section but now I am not looking to hire them. Just need some info regarding them. ANd if they are suitable for my Idea then will hire them. If I will start the thread now then there are lots of people who will just start spamming my inbox with their work (most of them are not that much experienced or just out of budget or they are not good).
So, I thought this is related to Altcoin that's why I started the thread here. Maybe anyone knows any best team.

I know about Zuflo but not sure about of IDAP if they are from India. Even I already tried to contact the developers of Zuflo. And still waiting for their reply.
I am following Zuflo from starting.
It will be helpful if you know any other ICO's from India are successful.

Instead of looking for a team, why not outline the positions you need to run your project and advertise for someone who can fill that position? This way you get more diverse individuals and a wide pool of skills and personalities.

Their basic package is worth 40 BTC and plus 3% of success rate. Giving away 3% of success is much than what I have the plan.

I know a guy he is a bounty manager from India I just forgot the name. I know his pretty affiliated with many known blockchain developer since most of the project he handled are big clients. Like INS ecosystem. I just forgot his name here but if you managed to contact him Im pretty sure he can give off some team regarding what you need. Hope you get some info with him.

INS exosystem was managed by ICOBox team, if I am not wrong. Not sure about bounty manager but I think it was Wapinter. I have to check thread.
