based on the roadmap their whitepaper are scheduled to release by Q3 of 2019.

I don't think investors read whitepaper at all but it should be a basic thing, the dev should consider before launching their project.

99% they are paid bump services but some are just really spamming without any real reason... the airdrop word in the ANN Title make it attractive to newbies wanting to rape a coin for their free airdrop.
