can't send funds after entering password and 2fa, this comes out, what's going on?

TryNinja is right. Even if he doesn't ask you for any private information he might offer you a 'magic software, plugin or something else that will fix your problem. There is that possibility so be careful what you do, what you click on and install. Browse some other threads on the forum and you will notice that many trustworthy members offer help in public so that everyone can see what it is.

Also take into consideration that the above user who wants you to email him registered his account today at 11:06:34 AM. You posted your thread at 10:44:28 AM. Be careful!

Problem is that there is no way to create a RAW Electrum transaction if the sending address is not available. I have a python script to create it.
The error comes from the nodes, the only way to create that transaction is from RAW and after that Electrum will run as normal again.

loddenp, since there is no extra info about error (just exclamation mark), it is possible that the error has some connection with TrustedCoin 2FA service which hold one key for signing up a transaction. Personally I have never used 2FA in Electrum, so this is just an assumption.

The way to check if the problem is in 2FA is to try disable it. To do that you will need your seed, and then choose the option File - > New Wallet - > Wallet with two-factor authentication - > I already have a seed -> Type your seed words -> Disable. After this you can try to spend coins from this wallet.

The error occurred AFTER you clicked "send" right? So it sounds like it was possibly just a connection/service error with TrustedCoin server... and the Electrum 2FA plugin was unable to connect to send it the transaction for TrustedCoin to sign... or it was timing out.
