I don't think you need a partner. What you need is to just hire someone to market your gambling business here like promoting your site through signature campaign and that's it.

Most likely these offers do comes with divided funding between two parties yet he didnt mention about the set-up then we cant presume on which one.So,further clarifications needed.

You need someone to shill for you casino? You could get that by doing a signature campaign and wont have to pay much because we got satoshi-hungry noobs ready to pounce on every money making opportunity here.

On a serious note, if you are looking for an investor then know this that no one in this world would ever give you their money to handle with unless you provide some info about the site that you have in mind. If its still in the pre-conception era then forget about even collecting a dime. But hey, idiots are the majority of the population which is why some people will always be able to make money and run away.

If you looked at the OP's previous post, he maybe looking for partner on his website, katika.live (but seems to be down). It has been on-going project of the OP since Nov 2017.

And it seems they/he really needed someone to promote it because the project has been in existence, however, we even haven't of it, specially this is a gambling related website. Probably this suits signature campaign promotion.

First the product and service, then the marketing. Get a working product that smashes expectations, that makes us swoon with delight, that thrills the coding nerd (yourself I guess from your post) as much as it attracts gamblers. Then you'll have no shortage of marketeers applying.

Make sure you do your market research first. Too many gambling businesses in crypto think they know the industry, launch a half-baked gaming product and then think they BTC will just roll in because people like gambling.
