in my opinion also like that, if ico is not controlled by itself, ico is launched by ico developers and they have their respective roles in the work, related to the benefits generated from ico it seems not for personal gain but for workers who manage the project.

KYC is not important for bounty hunters because it is not commensurate and is more suitable for ico developers. but it seems that if the right project will be managed by the team clearly and transparently and the company's address matches their white paper. but this is not always true, I think they are also scamers

I believe that the important person of every ico is the administrator, the one who runs ico. The rest, namely the developers, the lawyers and other participants do not have much weight. New crypto projects were different from the bitcoin because it was not obtained from mining so the project team making money out of thin air so they are on the top than investors because they need to use their money to buy tokens.
