please, I just sent the bitcoin that I have to the blockchain wallet that I have "14bPSBSTiwusLJusEJXqmRHkr5VYab7eMA" using my Smartphone,

After 22 minutes my assets disappeared in "1GX8hn9VeN4rX2tTJ2Y3i2HoMrDyTFyV9j" I don't know who owns this wallet, I didn't feel like sending out but why could I lose my assets in a wallet like a blockchain?

how can my assets return? What should I do ?
Please Help Cry Cry Cry

So basically you sent the coins to you desired address which is this : 14bPSBSTiwusLJusEJXqmRHkr5VYab7eMA

Then I see the coins moved from this address to the 2nd address 1GX8hn9VeN4rX2tTJ2Y3i2HoMrDyTFyV9j

Are you very sure that your private key of this address (14bPSBSTiwusLJusEJXqmRHkr5VYab7eMA) is only known by you?

Blockchain.com have a phishing link as far as I know.
Can you copy and paste the blockchain site URL here. Remember, only copy and paste, don't type it.

If you have not send those coins then it's either phishing blockchain or someone else have the credentials of that blockchain wallet.

It seems you have the valid URL, not the phishing one. In this case, I am afraid that your wallet/account credentials were compromised. I will advise the contact blockchain.com support and see if they can do anything.

The hard truth is that Bitcoin transactions are irreversible so unless the receiver send the fund back you, you have zero chances to get the BTC back. But try the support, at-least you can tell yourself that you have tried it all.

Also, don't use this wallet anymore instead, use Electrum wallet (https://electrum.org/#download). It's a desktop wallet and very easy to set up but make sure you verify the signature before installing, this is very important step. For extra security I would suggest to create a 2/2 multiSig address using two computer. So to broadcast a transaction you will need to access both computer (key).

Check this tutorial: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/creating-a-multisig-wallet/

I am sorry that you are going to learn it the hard way.

Feel free to PM me if you need any help in case I miss the update in here. I will see you around bud.

Cheers :-)

I am sorry that you are going to learn it the hard way.

Feel free to PM me if you need any help in case I miss the update in here. I will see you around bud.

Cheers :-0

I really hope that the assets that I have can go back to the wallet that I currently use, thank you for your advice, I will learn it.

yes right, I don't feel like doing any shipping transaction, then suddenly why my assets can disappear into another wallet.
Sorry for your loss but it doesn't happend suddenly. Blockchain is more secure from other wallet. It's not possible make transaction without second password, and not possible login with 2FA or mobile verification. Most likely your smartphone was hacked. Perhaps you copied address from somewhere and paste it on blockchain wallet. But you didn't double checked your address before final transaction. During pasting time you paste wrong address means your device or keyboard was under control of hackers. So address belongs to hackers.

It's not possible reverse your bitcoin anymore. Talking with blockchain support is just waste of time. Because even blockchain doesn't hold your password and they can't control it. So how will you blame to Blockchain?

Just be careful from next time. Hope you already learn lot of things.

Sorry but I had to correct you some of the idea you have given here.

Blockchain.com is a hot wallet. It's online wallet and as vulnerable as any other online wallet. It's not secure at all. If even someone have 2nd password and 2FA active but still they are not sure if the Blockchain.com themselves are monitoring you. I just do not trust any online wallet and no one should be.

I think you have not read the OP properly. There are nothing wrong with his smartphone nor with the pasting. He sent the BTC to the correct address from his smartphone. It was then transferred to another wallet from the Blockchain.com wallet.

Again wrong :-P
They do but encrypted as they say. You just need to believe them since their site script is not open source to public if I am not wrong.

Perhaps both of us missing something  Wink. First thing is OP unable to explain clearly. The screenshots provided from his own blockchain web wallet. That means bitcoin transferred from his wallet but is goes to wrong wallet. That problem I heard previously one of blockchain user. He was pasting correct address but after paste address was appeared different. Then he had called me and I told don't send any btc and format your device first. I mean his device was hacked keypad was under control of hackers.

I told blockchain never hold password because you will never able to recover password but you will able to recover fund if you have 12 word phrase.

What I can see here that hacker is get full control over his online wallet (if this is hacker work), which means that his smarthphone or Chrome is infected with some malware / keylogger. If OP did not have anything with second transaction, money is lost - but so far stolen amount is not moving from 1GX8hn9VeN4rX2tTJ2Y3i2HoMrDyTFyV9j.

I know there is some strange bug in blockchain wallet before which is caused some people lost coins in a rather weird ways. I am not saying this is the case, but just one of the possibilities.

Thoughts on this private key stealing mystery & Do NOT use Blockchain.info unless you know your shit. People are losing $$

I'm using Blockchain wallet from the day I started my crypto journey.
I use this wallet for my small transactions on a regular basis without any problem. And for my large transactions I have a different wallet.
I'm not recommending anyone to use online wallets as you do not have control over your private keys.

Regarding the case,
It seems to me that OPs phone is vulnerable and worth resetting.
Or the other possible thing happened is, OP pasted the wrong addy which was available in his clipboard and he hasn't checked the addy before transaction execution.

Try to find out the address from your transaction histories if you have sent any money before to that address.
If you haven't sent money before to that address, then its more likely your phone is vulnerable.

You have lost your money and you will never get back... This is the truth and it is tasteless to accept. Blockchain support also can't help you I think.

And one question, why have you used a chrome browser instead of their app?

That means bitcoin transferred from his wallet but is goes to wrong wallet.
Or the other possible thing happened is, OP pasted the wrong addy which was available in his clipboard and he hasn't checked the addy before transaction execution.
What happened to OP is not a copy-paste malware or just pasted a wrong address. He sent the funds 0.05 BTC to his correct blockchain address 14bPSBSTiwusLJusEJXqmRHkr5VYab7eMA from x wallet. And after 22 minutes the funds on his blockchain wallet sent the earlier received funds to some address that is not associated with OP. So basically, someone got access the account of OP which is the sender and the owner of the address 1GX8hn9VeN4rX2tTJ2Y3i2HoMrDyTFyV9j .

There's nothing OP can do about the recovering of the lost funds, and you have to abandon that account and use another wallet except blockchain. And seems you're a mobile user, you can use electrum as suggested above for desktop or mobile, mycelium is a good choice too, greenaddress or their new rebranded wallet which is called blockstream wallet will do as well.

Just to make sure you have the backup of your recovery seed. But before installing some wallet on your phone make sure you have reset your phone so you will be 100% safe from malware.

Did you op install any plugin on google chrome or on your browser trying to get some coins and airdrop which ask you to install some plugin for blockchain.info wallet?

If the bitcoin are already on another address which not belongs to you, you can't get back.

There's no way to get his funds back and I am sure his account is compromised so there is someone knows he's account and transfer his account to another bitcoin wallet.

Since it takes 22 minutes before it send to another wallet it means that the hacker can log in to your blockchain account because if it's the same issue as Electrum the funds after you receive it will redirect to other address in the same time. That is why I don't use the blockchain wallet because I heard many mysteries about their wallet and we don't know if our account is compromised or inside job.

I suggest you @OP that you make a new wallet which is no one knows about the wallet and make sure you don't copy and paste your private key anywhere else.
Try to use the latest version of Electrum and always do an offline transaction just to be safe on clipboard virus.
