Searching for a datasim without monthly costs

Looking for a "lifetime" datasim:

• about >=100mb per month
• without monthly costs
• works in Switzerland

Here you can order a free datasim. But this only works if you live in UK.

Need it for a cheap mobile internet to play Ingress in Switzerland.

From this side you can only order to UK or US address.

But I found forward2me.com. Here you get a UK shipping address.
Was already to order a free datasim from Three. Lets see if I receive the sim and if I can activate it.

Otherwise I will try freedompop.com.

Tried three.co.uk, received a simcard, but don't get internet working.

Tried to buy a simcard from freedompop. But its not possible, because they need only ship to US and you need a US creditcard.

If someone can get me a monthly free data sim, I pay about 40$
