Looks like an interesting project but why make project based on the TOR network?

Exchanges don't take every single project for token sales and these guys can't afford such huge amounts like other projects IMO. Better stick to the old way of token sale.

ICO days a truly over, the product they are trying to work on has no real use case and no one will use if if ever their technology materialized.

The most probably reason is they failed to raised a single cents for their project and there's not enough reason for them to work on this project.
