I don't know who is travex but I dealt with some138. he wasn't a scammer back a month ago. I purchased one ses from him. check his thread. I posted in his thread as a guarantee in case he tried to scam. but he gave me the account.

UPDATE: I received my VCC and added it to my UK PayPal.

The seller is providing Philippines prepaid student cards which don't work with EU PayPal’s. Instantly limited the PayPal account and no response back from the seller even though he has been online and updated his thread
