I have described my point of view on that platform/service and its sudden shut down about which OP has asked, he/she should not take it as a "ray of hope"

Now come to think of it, there should be no such thing as negligence part once you provide a service because you are building your reputation here. And in 4 to 5 days offline without noticed to your users, does it really difficult to post an update on what's happening within that time period?
Indeed, professionally there is no such thing as negligence, it's really improper and shady.
But before reaching any conclusion it's better to wait for few more days (at least one week).
