I think it would be better for all of us to ignore those airdrops that require KYC (know your customer). It is absolutely unnecessary they may have other intentions.
I wonder who ever would give his data to the new project. it is unknown if it would develop something but you already gave them valuable information.

Airdrops in general isn't worth fulfilling KYC obligations. I mean giving out your personal private information for pennies isn't a fair deal.

I understand projects that ask investors to provide KYC, as well as bounty, but only if they said this on the beginning of campaign. But for airdrop, it seems to me that such verification is superfluous. Especially when they pay small change or nothing at all.
I do not understand people who pass KYC for air drops. but I think that only newbies in cryptocurrency doing it

KYC has become a trend these days irrespective of whether they keep their promise or not. Its like taking a chance. Most of the time its for nothing. Gambling at its best..

It's just so funny and the worst part is, those project end up giving participants $5, $10 on the airdrop tasks. It's quite annoying.

I'll never give my own documents to them just for a few bucks airdrop, look back past airdrop, most of them just want to steal our documents and finally run away, my previous experience is it's not worth to waste our time in airdrop.
Definitely you won't get the airdrop period. For those who are interested on the airdropping they proceed to the KYC verification undermining the privacy involved. Have seen many individuals who give out KYC all because of some satoshi. Like me NO! to KYC.

I don’t do airdrops anymore It’s not worth my stress pain and hassle because airdrops end up with mere 0.3$ worth Which isn’t anything
Why not do day trading or long term buy and sell pattern Dyor

totally agree! one way or another, kyc verification for airdops that are not even considered legit projects are very alarming to many people especially for those naive ones who are after for couple of bucks. the best way to address this situation is not to join those airdrop programs at all. even if they promise you tokens valued to be $20-$50, is it really worth giving your identity for such amount? and most of the time, that tokens will be worth few cents once it hit the exchanges. but it is already too late, you already exchanged your info for few cents. now, your shame is on you this time.

Join Bitcointalk KYC, you will get the real air by completing all steps, Theymos promises it. Now to be more honest, do not do KYC process if you have a bad feeling from the project - if you feel that the project is not legit. Example of a legit project? For example Blockchain.com and its Stellar Lumen airdrop. Bitcointalk KYC is an April mop celebration but for airdrop that asking KYC verification and that should be considered as a serious problem because we don't know how trustworthy that platform is. It's very difficult to determine if that was a legit project or not

I don't mind filling KYC if the project has good prospects and gives great results, but I am not interested in airdrop which requires KYC especially with a small value, I'd better look for another project than having to follow airdrop which requires KYC

Are you all thinking that it's worth it to pass on KYC with an airdrop? there's more for your identifications than to these tokens that you are not sure if they will have it's worth. And before doing that, be aware of the risk that you take because you are passing your IDs to the developers themselves.

Actually I strongly disagree with KYC for airdrop participants. Because it's too difficult to do KYC only for airdrop. If for investors and bounty hunters maybe that is a condition and understandable. But if it's only for airdrop and doing kyc, I strongly disagree with those conditions.

The issue of KYC always raises questions whose answers are mostly not very discerning to the ears. It is quite unfortunate, I know most crypto enthusiasts are not comfortable giving out their personal information for KYC but there is little we can do about the situation at the moment. Most of these projects claim they are under a legal jurisdiction where KYC is very important for many business projects. The new trend is increasingly becoming worrisome as many airdrops are even requiring KYC verification from participants.
Out of 100% i would say that project do tell about the truth that they are complying some legal stuff thats why they do ask KYC is only 10% and the rest 90% are total lies or alibis that they do make just to accumulate investors or even bounty hunters personal informations. I dont know whats the point why even airdrop hunters being required to comply such thing and come to think that they are just getting free tokens and it has nothing to do or correlated with it. As a hunter you do have a choice on simply skipping nor ignoring these stuffs.

When i see the airdrop asking for kyc then i won't join because you are giving your identity to them just to get few tokens. What if they only do it to get information from people and later on sell it to anyone. I suggest not doing it because you are at risk just for a free token.

Just don't send it if you think the payment of airdrop is not worth for your KYC docs. Airdrop should not asking for KYC to the participants because they don't give a significant amount of reward. It should be free KYC and everyone can take a part into airdrop to build a huge supporters of the project.

I think if this is indeed a policy that must be obeyed, I think we should do it. But if you don't want to, maybe you can look for another Airdrop and not use KYC. And I think there are still many and you must be smart in determining Airdrop.

airdrop to get $ 25, I have done it before. I was forced to do that because the bounty had not been paid, and also I saw that it was Airdrop registered on the market exchange, so I was sure I could immediately withdraw it.
