That's stupid, these projects have just used Binance as a platform to launch their tokens through sale so what has Binance, being a medium to purchase these coins, has to do anything with it? How are you so sure about Binance targeting low cap users to get their coins? How can they even get the coins? Those BTC go to the project owners and the fee part that Binance and the ICO party agrees for, only goes to Binance and they just list it, that's it.

This is not true, I think you just want to create topic for post purposes, Fetch and Celer network are far from scam and they are still trading for good price presently, even if they lose value these altcoins are good for long term hold

if it's a fraud you have to be more careful in terms of such a large amount of funds, 0.9btc is a lot of numbers for small investors is not meaningful to the pope but if it's a mistake in choosing you should be more careful about fraud on behalf of big projects

Exactly, some people will make mistakes on their own and look for who to blame for their mistakes, when the price was good he didn't sell rather he choose to hold for a more higher price, now that price has fall below he thinks he has been scammed, lots of project has also suffer price dump and nobody is crying of been scam because you already know the risk involved.

I don't think so, why are you blaming binance of your losses, that's totally disgusting you should consider the risk before you invest on that project, i'm a binance user since 2017 i'm also experienced losing many times already but i didn't blaming anyone because it was my own action in the first place and i already know the risk associated with it before i was investing in any projects, or any trading sessions thats why don't blame anyone with your own lapses.

It will be better if you elaborate how you encured loss in brief. May be you have jumped to invest in FETCH and CELER when the token price were higher. Blaming Binance for your loss will not going to get you back your 0.9BTC just think from inside what mistakes you did and learn something from that.

HE did  not participate in IEO he just bought token at highest price and sold at lower it is his fault not Bincnance.
