The amount of this loan is very low,  even miner's fees are more.

The amount of this loan is very low,  even miner's fees are more.
Sorry but even if someone want's to donate this amount to you, doesn't worth it...

I guess then the best option for user  to use Currency Exchange   Board.

But there are so many scammer so be careful while dealing with users. Escrow is also not worth for this small amount.
