This has to be one of the shortest whitepapers I have ever read.

At least they are not shy to predict the price of their own token:



Well, fake team, no github, according to mpay's official telegram group they are supposed to be listed on a decentralized exchange come March 15th but I don't see one. Simple scams - you gotta love them. lol
